Ten games played, four wins. Let's to work through, let's recollect!

2007-08

Robin Figren scored two opening period goals tying the game both teams. Figren assisted on the third Oil Kings goal but by then the Brandon Wheat Kings had a built up a lead they did not relinquish. Brenden Dowd also had a three point night with a goal and two assists.

2010-11

Mike Piluso scored the overtime winner for the Oil Kings in Chilliwack. Goal was assisted by Josh Lazowski, who earlier in the game had a goal himself. Jon Groenheyde with 16 saves in the victory.

2011-12

24 hours after a 8-2 victory, the Oil Kings went to Vancouver to face the Giants and it did not go well. Laurent Brossoit did his part in net stopping 30 of 33 but only Griffin Reinhart was able to score for Edmonton.

2012-13

Laurent Brossoit made 38 saves and T.J. Foster had a goal and two assists to will the Oil Kings to victory over Prince George. Two of Edmonton's goals were shorthanded albeit the second one was into an empty net.

2013-14

An 0-for-8 powerplay stands out when the 0 was still on the clock after 60 minutes of play against the Kelowna Rockets. Tristan Jarry stopped 28 of 30 shots in the hard luck loss.

2018-19

Quinn Benjafield led the Oil Kings with a goal and two assists on a night the Club scored five in Kootenay. Carter Souch also picked up a pair of helpers. Dylan Myskiw stopped 32 of 34 shots for the victory.

2019-20

Josh Williams with the game opening and also the eventual game winning goal propelled the Oil Kings over the accursed Calgary Hitmen. Jake Neighbours had a powerplay goal and two assists in the affair which saw Edmonton outshoot Calgary 39-15!

2021-22

This game had only three penalties, none of which were taken by Edmonton. In the several weeks of "Roil Recollections" it is the first time coming across this feat. Anywho, the Oil Kings lost in overtime to the Saskatoon Blades. Josh Williams had a goal and an assist.

2022-23

A young Connor Bedard had a goal and four assists as his Regina Pats defeated the Oil Kings 7-4. Luca Hauf had a goal and two assists for Edmonton to lead the offense.

2024-25

Edmonton and Swift Current traded goals back-and-forth through the game. The Broncos ended up with one more than Oil Kings despite Edmonton have 40 shots on net compared to their 27. Gavin Hodnett and Miroslav Holinka each had a goal and an assist.
