This time round the Oil Kings were the team that jumped out to a 3-0 lead and walloping websnappers it lead to a win versus the Seattle Thunderbirds. Mark Pysyk with a goal and an assist. Michael St. Croix with two assists. Laurent Brossoit with 24 saves in the win.

2013-14

37 save shutout by Tristan Jarry never allowed Vancouver Giants to cheer on their home team. Cody Corbett with a goal and an assist paced the offense.

2014-15

Sometimes you shut out the opponent, sometimes the opponent shuts you out. On this night Tri-City defeated the Oil Kings 1-0. Tristan Jarry with 20 saves in the hard luck loss.

2016-17

The Oil Kings worked the "let them think they got us by spotting them a 3-goal lead" strategy to perfection in this game at Brandon. Six unanswered goals, all by different scorers, gave Edmonton the 6-3 win. Davis Koch and Aaron Irving each had a goal and two assists. Patrick Dea finished with 24 saves.

2019-20

Between Matthew Robertson and Keagan Slaney goals were five Prince Albert Raider goals. Scott Atkinson goat a 10-minute misconduct for not wearing his mouthguard. Safety rules being enforced is always a good thing.

2021-22

The Oil Kings scored the final three games of the contest but fell short of catching the accursed Calgary Hitmen. Luke Prokop had a goal and an assist while both Jaylen Lupen and Josh Williams had a pair of assits.

2023-24

Roan Woodward thwarted the Medicine Hat Tigers shutout attempt with nine mintues remaining. This game included one of the too many game misconducts by Marshall Finnie.
