We study and train and we do it for them. And we are committed to doing our best. ..for the kids. Remember, we are just like you. Coaches, Dads, former wrestlers, and we want to give our best to your kids. A little bit of grace and a nod of appreciation go a long way. One of the easiest things you can do to stay healthy this season is staying hydrated. You should not cut out water to make weight. The risks are not worth the benefits.
